“J.F. Brennan Company has had a very positive experience with the graduates we have brought on from Professional Diver Training Center. The divers we have hired have come to us with a solid foundation, a good understanding of the commercial diving environment, and the right attitude toward safety, teamwork, and hard work in the field.

They have shown a willingness to learn, take direction, and adapt quickly to the pace and expectations of real-world marine construction and underwater operations. Just as important, they understand that showing up prepared, staying engaged, and being dependable are critical traits in this industry. That kind of mindset makes a big difference when bringing new divers into active field crews.

The graduates from Professional Diver Training Center have represented the program well, and we appreciate the work Don Moore and his team are doing to prepare the next generation of commercial divers.

Thanks again, Don. We appreciate what you and your team are doing and look forward to continuing to work with Professional Diver Training Center as we build our team.”

Underwater Services Director J.F. Brennan Company, Inc.
“Graduates from the Professional Diver Training Center have consistently integrated into our operations with a strong foundational understanding of ADCI consensus standards, dive site procedures, equipment operation, and team responsibilities. The training aligns well with the needs of our company and provides personnel who are prepared to contribute in the field immediately upon arrival. Their knowledge of dive operations and safety protocols allows our team to focus on project-specific requirements and technical execution, rather than basic diver training and familiarization. We have found the program to be highly effective in preparing graduate engineers for real-world commercial diving operations.”
